We guarantee our products for one year starting the day you place your order. You may replace, exchange, or return items within one year from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. That means you can stock up on items without worrying and you will never again be caught unprepared when the ink or toner suddenly runs out.

Our one-year warranty only applies to products purchased from us; with the exception of OEM or Original Equipment Manufacturer products, which are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. In the case of a defect, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Replacements or Exchanges:

Defective or damaged products may be replaced with another. However, we do limit the number of replacements to one replacement per item per order. After which, we will offer a refund or store credit for the item. We do not process exchages for OEM products.

If you purchased the wrong items or if you no longer need items purchased from us, you may exchange them. For media products and laser/toner cartridges, they must be unopened and in their original packaging. For inkjet cartridges, as long as the cartridge is unused, the blue tape untouched and the clip still attached, you may exchange it for another item.

Return Policy:

You may return an item for a refund or store credit within one year from the date of purchase; with the exception of OEM products. OEM products returned within 30 days from the purchase date may be refunded if the product has not been opened and is in sellable condition.  All items must be returned back to us along with any replacements sent to receive a refund. Please note that shipping cost is non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund or store credit:

  • All cartridges must be returned back at least 70% full
  • Refill kits must be unopened and unused
  • Media products must be unopened and in their original packaging
  • If you purchased the wrong cartridge or you no longer need the item purchased from us, you may return it for a refund or store credit as long as the cartridge is unused and in their original packaging.
